Good morning, Salem.
The annual Music Day fundraiser supports equipment, fees and competition and event expenses for band, orchestra and choir programs at local high schools. Students can collect cans, checks or cash, and have information about donating online to support their programs.
Other high schools in the district will host Music Days later this month. On Saturday, Sept. 13, students from North, South and McKay will be out. McNary’s Music Day is Sept. 20.
Funds will go directly to pay for music equipment, fees, and expenses for competitions and events.
