The Oregon Department of Transportation will close down lanes on southbound Interstate 5 starting at 9 p.m. tonight. The affected area is from Kuebler to Delaney. ODOT will close lanes and shift traffic to the right, and northbound lanes will not be affected. Things should be back to normal by 5 a.m., according to ODOT.
