Woodburn man arrested for October shooting at south Salem pub
Isaac Gallegos, 21, of Woodburn, was arrested Thursday morning for an October shooting at Lucky’s Pub on South Liberty Road that targeted two people, the Salem Police Department said. No one was injured.
