The city council is working with an outside consultant on Salem’s new strategic plan. We wrote more about the process here, though the timeline for completing a plan has since been extended.
Take the city’s online survey by Friday, April 10. Councilors are due to consider an updated plan at a meeting on Monday, April 27.
