Tonight’s election will determine the future of Salem’s library, the Salem-Keizer School District’s board and a seat on the Salem City Council. As of this morning, only 18% of eligible Marion County voters have returned a ballot, according to county data.
Ballot boxes close at 8 p.m. sharp.
