Sounds like it’s a done deal with the city. First l have heard of it. Can’t make it to the meeting but hopefully people are mad about it enough to make the city pay attention.
The water would be my main concern. I worked at the data centers in prineville for many years. The developers of these facilities need to spend the money to make them sustainable and not suck the water from the city. The electric utilities are also going to have to make the infrastructure better and not charge the residents to help pay for the increased demand The noise from the backup generators is an issue also.
