Heat advisory in effect Tuesday and Wednesday in Salem
As temperatures creep toward 100 degrees today and tomorrow, the National Weather Service is advising people to stay hydrated and keep cool indoors.
The weather service issued a heat advisory starting today, Tuesday, July 21, at 10 a.m. through 11 p.m. Wednesday, July 22. During that time, people in the Salem area will be at increased risk of heat-related illnesses.
