Rudy’s Steakhouse fails to pay debts as city officials request thousands, records show
The shuttered Rudy’s Steakhouse has yet to pay thousands of dollars of rent owed to the city of Salem despite months of requests from city officials after the restaurant’s April closure, records show.
The prime downtown real estate has remained dark since then and now the city projects it will need months more to make repairs before the space can be leased.
