Good evening….

if you want to take in the awesome sight of lanterns hanging from the cherry trees on the Capitol Mall, Wednesday evening looks like the best weather. It’s been a soggy season so far for this annual spectacle.

Western University of Health Sciences Lebanon Oregon

The lanterns are put up each year for the Yozakura festival by staff of the Oregon Parks and Recreation Department. The lanterns will be illuminated nightly from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. until Saturday, April 1.
