Jenna Compton, the transportation electrification finance manager for the state Transportation Department, and Jessica D. Reichers, technology and policy manager for the state Energy Department, will address the club.

The city club will also honor its president, Ron Eachus, who died over the weekend while trekking in Bhutan. Eachus was a dogged state regulator who pushed energy and telecommunication companies on behalf of consumers, and was active in many parts of Salem civic life. Read more about his life in our news obituary below.

The city club event will be held from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Willamette Heritage Center Dye House, 1313 Mill St. S.E. It’s free to club members and $10 for non-members.
