Good morning, Salem.

Eight people have applied for the vacant seat on the Salem-Keizer School Board to represent following Danielle Bethell’s resignation last month.

Current board members will meet Thursday to interview the candidates and discuss who to appoint at their regular meeting next Tuesday, which is also Election Night.
