Man and woman die in head-on crash on Cordon Road, three seriously injured
Two people died and three were injured after a crash between two pick-up trucks on Southeast Cordon Road Monday morning, Salem police said. The road was closed between Southeast Gaffin and Caplinger Roads for about four hours.
