Two men and a teen boy were arrested after an altercation between men from two groups in Salem's Northgate area ended in a shooting, police say.

A teen boy told Salem police Thursday night that people in a pickup truck approached and shot him on Lancaster Drive. He suffered a non-life-threatening injury, according to the agency.
