Three young men sentenced for West Salem attack
An assault that took place in Wallace Marine Park last August has resulted in prison time for the three men involved.
The defendants claimed in court that the attack was out of retaliation for the victim sexually assaulting one of their girlfriends — a claim Polk County prosecutors and Salem police could never verify.
