PHOTOS: As Salem residents protest Iran War, Trump announces ceasefire

A small group of about 20 people gathered near the Oregon Capitol the afternoon of Tuesday, April 7, to wave signs in protest of the war in Iran, and President Donald Trump’s threats to annihilate the country of more than 90 million.

  1. So glad you covered this. There was a vigil, as well, at the First United Methodist Church, on the corner of (ironically) Church SE & State Streets. I appreciating knowing how Salem shows up on national issues. Thanks for being there.
