Army Corps shortens timeline expected for Detroit Lake drawdown

The planned drawdown of Detroit Lake will take less time than previously expected after the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers said it will only keep the lake at a lower level for two weeks near the end of 2026.

I was under the impression that the marinas were going to dredge when the Detroit Lake water was drawn down. How does this shorter timeframe affect that project?
