Guatemalan man challenges ICE arrest during Oregon farm worker raid

Federal immigration officers in unmarked SUVs pulled behind a 2006 Ford van in Hubbard before dawn on Aug. 7 as it carried fieldworkers to a farm to harvest blueberries.

The ICE agents stopped the van on Oregon 211 about 5:30 a.m. They smashed the window when the driver didn’t roll it down and dragged him out, according to court records.
