Partnership could put 33 affordable homes up for sale

Some 33 homes could soon be sold as part of an affordable homeownership program offered by Habitat for Humanity of the Mid-Willamette Valley. 

The organization is working with Salem Housing Authority to acquire the properties. They would be rehabilitated and sold through an affordable homeownership program, which sells to Salem-area residents who have not owned a home in at least three years and meet certain income requirements.
