Commissioners decry homeless camps, seek more behavioral health support

Marion County commissioners criticized Salem’s largest homeless camp, pushed for solutions to gaps in mental health treatment and celebrated millions of dollars in projects over the past year to improve county roads, parks and bridges during a speech Tuesday, March 31.
