PHOTOS: Hispanic Heritage Day celebration at the Capitol

A diverse roster of dancers and performers filled the Oregon Capitol Rotunda Saturday, Oct. 11 for the state’s celebration of Hispanic Heritage Month.

The event was organized by the Oregon State Capitol Foundation. It’s the first in a series of events intended to invite the public back into the Capitol, which has had various portions closed for years due to ongoing construction.
