Roth’s workers call off strike after reaching tentative agreement

Roth’s Fresh Market deli and meat employees called off a strike that had been planned for Thursday after reaching a tentative agreement with the company.

United Food & Commercial Workers Local 555 announced the deal Wednesday just after 8:30 p.m. It covers more than 60 employees across nine Roth’s stores in Salem, Silverton, Independence and McMinnville.
