Former Oregon youth prison employee had sex with youth, gave him guns, indictment alleges
A 42-year-old former Oregon Youth Authority employee was arraigned Wednesday in Marion County Circuit Court on allegations that she had sex with an incarcerated youth and later gave him two guns, court records show.
Cherie MacDougall of Salem is also accused of providing the youth with vaping devices, such as pens, cartridges and puff bars, according to the indictment. She resigned while under a criminal investigation.
