Good evening, Salem.

Light freezing rain has begun in some areas of Salem, with the National Weather Service saying icy precipitation will continue Thursday night and into Friday morning.

A number of local offices closed early Thursday or are closing Friday in response. We’ve been updating throughout the day below, and will continue into the evening.
