Looking for a temporary job? The Oregon State Fair is hiring.

Western University of Health Sciences Lebanon Oregon

Fair managers are holding a hiring event Saturday, Aug. 5, at the Pavilion located inside the state fairgrounds off Northeast Sunnyview Road.

The event begins at 9 a.m., and applicants should bring an ID and a social security card, birth certificate or passport with them. Managers can hire on the spot.

Applicants must be at least 16 for games and food positions, and 18 for carnival ride positions. The fair runs Aug. 25-Sept. 4. More information is available on the fair website.
