Your Friday evening update on Salem news
Good evening, Salem.
Expect road closures Sunday as 2,500 Ironman racers take to Salem’s streets, bridges and river. The city of Salem’s list of expected road impacts is below, and you can view the list here as well.
The Peter Courtney Minto Island Bridge (better known as the Taco Bridge) will be closed Sunday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. for the race as well.
If you’re not interested in braving the crowds to watch the action, we’ll have photographers on scene for Ironman, as well as this weekend’s Art Fair and MIG Fest.
