We’re sending out this evening’s news again with a traffic update: Northbound I-5 through Salem has reopened, the Oregon Department of Transportation said at 4:45 p.m.
The freeway was closed at Kuebler Boulevard for much of Tuesday afternoon after a semi-truck overturned.
The collision also delayed southbound traffic, and motorists should still expect delays as it takes time for traffic to catch up, ODOT said.
