Copy of Your Monday evening update on Salem news

Good evening, Salem.
A Salem registered nurse has been reprimanded by a state licensing board for restraining a patient to administer medications last year.
The Oregon State Board of Nursing on Monday announced its action against Michaelle Marshall, who has held her license since 2006, for a violation of a “grave nature.”
Marshall last month agreed to the reprimand, according to the board order disclosed Monday.
The order said the licensing agency learned last August that Marshall administered medications “in an aggressive manner which included the inappropriate use of restraints.” She then failed to document the incident, the order said.
The nursing board said it could release no more details, including where the violation occurred. Marshall could not be located Monday for comment.
