Neighborhood volunteers could use your help Saturday at Lansing Park.
A fence painting event is scheduled from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. to cover up graffiti and bring a fresh coat of paint to the park’s fences. The park is located at 3203 Hawthorne Ave. N.E.
Painting supplies will be provided, along with doughnuts and refreshments.
