The Latest Stories For You From Salem Reporter

Good morning, Salem.
The Rotary Club of Salem would like to give you up to $30,000 to make it happen.
The club has opened its annual application for its Good Works Large Grant. Projects that foster the health, education and general welfare of people, primarily youth, in Salem and the surrounding area are eligible.
Organizations can apply for a grant from $5,000 to $30,000. Rotary prefers to grant money to long-term projects, like improvements to space or self-sustaining programs, rather than short-term projects like covering program fees.
The deadline to apply is Oct. 9. Projects should conclude by June 30, 2026.
