Salem police confirmed Monday they made no arrests at the large No Kings protest Saturday at the Oregon Capitol or the counter demonstration.

“Both events were peaceful and the disruption to the downtown area was minimal. Follow-up is underway regarding an unconfirmed report of a vehicle occupant displaying a firearm at a participant. No further reports were made,” police spokesman Sgt. Jonathan Hardy said.
