The Downtown Salem Holiday Parade is just around the corner, and registration is now open to be a part of it.
The parade will be on Friday, Dec. 1, at 6:30 p.m. Entries can be for walking groups, bands, bikes, trucks, cars and floats.
The deadline for entry is Nov. 17, and entry is $50 or $35 for non-profit organizations. There’s a 10% early bird discount for submitting an application by Nov. 1.
