The City of Salem is seeking new ways to bring money into its general fund, which pays for things like the library, parks and emergency services.

The Revenue Task Force’s list of potential options to consider is 41 items long and includes various taxes, changes to urban renewal areas and tolls.

There will be another chance to weigh in on them tonight, at the task force’s second town hall. Tuesday’s event is virtual, and will go from 6:30 – 8:30 p.m.
