Good morning, Salem.
One block of Northeast D Street near North Salem High School will close for about a day starting Wednesday.
The street will close in both directions between Northeast Capitol and 14th streets starting at 6 p.m. Wednesday, July 31, through 1 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 1.
The closure is the latest this summer along the Union Pacific railroad crossing as crews upgrade railroad crossings.
Traffic will be detoured using the route shown below.
