Good morning, Salem.

Salem has had commercial flights back for 100 days, and so far Avelo reports the news is good.

The airline says its flights to Las Vegas and Burbank have generally been over 80% full. Avelo hasn’t asked to tap a pool of money Salem set aside to pay the airline if flights were less full than expected – money the city got from a federal grant and a private fundraising effort.
