Starting Monday, crews will install a bicycle crossing signal on South Liberty Road and a flashing sign on Southeast Commercial Street, at Triangle Drive.

Western University of Health Sciences Lebanon Oregon

There will be some lane closures and delays, and pedestrians may have to take detours.

It’s phase one of a two-part project. The latter part, starting this summer, will restripe the lanes on Southeast Commercial Street to create dedicated bike lanes. The upgrades will go from Southeast Oxford Street to Southeast Madrona Avenue.
