Good morning, Salem.

Calling all thespians, including those who haven’t yet taken to the stage: The Pentacle Theatre’s upcoming production of “Boy Gets Girl” is hosting open auditions on Saturday, March 16, from 1 – 5 p.m.

The play is a drama about a successful reporter in New York who goes on a blind date, starting a series of events that spiral into a nightmare. The theater is seeking adult actors for seven roles.

The auditions will be downtown at the Pentacle Theatre rehearsal studio, 197 Liberty St. S.E.

Those interested are encouraged to learn the scripts in advance. They’re available on loan by calling 503-485-4300. Learn more about the roles and how to audition here.
