Good morning, Salem.

The city is closing a lane of Northeast Front Street, southbound between Northeast Grove Street and Pine Street, to do utility work. The closure will be each weekday through Jan. 14, between 8:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m.

In a social media post, the city of Salem asked drivers to be cautious, follow signage and watch for city workers in the area. The city provides a map of traffic closures.
