Urban Art Fest returns to Riverfront Park this month, bringing local artists, businesses and organizations to the center stage.
The festival will be at the Gerry Frank | Salem Rotary Amphitheater on Saturday, Aug. 31, from 1- 8 p.m. It seeks to create space for performers of color, empower youth and bring attention to Salem’s housing needs.
