The Latest Stories For You From Salem Reporter

Good morning, Salem.
The street will be closed from Tuesday, May 7 at 6 p.m. until Wednesday, May 8 at noon.

The closure is due to railroad crossing repairs at the intersection. Traffic on 12th Street will be allowed in both directions during the construction.
Travel lanes, sidewalks and parking spaces will all be closed near the train tracks. “Drivers are urged to be cautious while traveling, follow all signage, and watch for workers in the area,” the city of Salem said in a statement.
Find up-to-date information on closures on the city’s Current Road Conditions Map. The city can also be reached at 503-588-6311 or [email protected].
