Good morning, Salem.

Today, the Salem-Keizer School Board will vote on a new curriculum for elementary students, hear updates on construction and consider grant awards.

The curriculum vote follows a pilot program at seven local schools, and a parent and staff survey. We have the details below, along with more school coverage.

The board meeting is tonight at 6 p.m. and will be streamed on CC:Media, channel 21, and on YouTube in English and in Spanish.
