Good morning, Salem.

The city of Salem has announced its 2023 lineup for Movies in the Park, with five shows slated for the summer series.

Salemites will once again get to watch movies on a 24-foot screen from a seat in the grass at Riverfront Park. The program is now shifting to Friday night shows at the Gerry Frank | Salem Rotary Amphitheater.

The current schedule:

June 30 – Strange World (PG)

July 14 – Puss in Boots: The Last Wish (PG)

July 28 – Wakanda Forever (PG-13)

August 11 – The Bad Guys (PG)

 – August 25 – Minions: The Rise of Gru (PG)
