UPDATE: Schools close as snow hits Salem; winter storm warning continues
A winter storm warning is in place for Salem for up to three inches of snow through 6 p.m. Tuesday. The Salem-Keizer School District initially planned a two-hour delay but then closed schools entirely for the day.
