Oregon judge on leave amid allegations of vulgar language at Sunriver conference
A spokesperson for the Oregon Judicial Department confirmed Monday that a judicial fitness complaint was filed against Marion County Circuit Judge Channing Bennett related to “serious allegations of misconduct.”
