Man charged with arson for West Salem apartment fire that killed 3 pets
Salem police officers arrested Calvin J. Tucker III for a two-alarm fire that damaged several units at a West Salem apartment complex in October. He is being held at the Polk County Jail for first-degree arson and animal abuse, according to the jail roster.
