Good morning, Salem.

Tuesday is your deadline to register to vote or update your information to receive a ballot for the Nov. 5 general election.

Western University of Health Sciences Lebanon Oregon

People can register until 11:59 p.m. on Tuesday.

Ballots will be mailed to registered voters starting on Wednesday. They can be completed and returned until Nov. 5 at 8 p.m.

Check if you’re registered to vote HERE by entering your name and date of birth. Those already registered will be listed as an active voter with their current address shown.

People can register to vote or update their address online if they have an Oregon driver’s license, permit or ID card number. Those who are missing one of those items must fill out a paper form or print the completed online form and deliver it to their county elections office by close of business on Tuesday. A list of county election offices can be found HERE.

After Wednesday, people can check if their ballots have been mailed and arrived at local elections offices on the Secretary of State’s “my vote” page. Voters Marion County can also sign up for text alerts through BallotTrax.
