Good morning, Salem.
The Oregon Department of Transportation on Monday reopened the ramp onto northbound I-5 at Delaney Road. Access to Commercial Street from that on ramp will remain closed.
Northbound I-5 traffic has been diverted onto the off ramp for exit 249. It’s part of a larger shift over the next two years to allow the bridge in the southbound lanes to be replaced.
