Good morning, Salem.

Traffic has shifted again on Interstate 5 in south Salem near the Commercial Street and Delaney Road exit.

The Oregon Department of Transportation on Monday reopened the ramp onto northbound I-5 at Delaney Road. Access to Commercial Street from that on ramp will remain closed.

Northbound I-5 traffic has been diverted onto the off ramp for exit 249. It’s part of a larger shift over the next two years to allow the bridge in the southbound lanes to be replaced.
