As of 4 p.m., Northbound Interstate 5 remains closed at Kuebler Boulevard in Salem after a semi-truck overturned on the freeway Tuesday afternoon.
The collision has also delayed southbound traffic and routed more vehicles onto other Salem roads, so expect delays while commuting. We have more detail below, though police have so far not said what caused the crash.
