The city is asking Salemites to nominate a person or group for an award recognizing volunteer work.

Volunteers will be honored at an awards ceremony on Oct. 16 at the Salem Public Library’s Louck’s Auditorium, 585 Liberty St. S.E.

Nominations can be completed online.
