Good morning, Salem.

City councilors will meet Monday night to to consider approving grant funding that would provide rent assistance for homeless people.

They will hear a first reading on an initiative to recognize the Salem Civic Center as a local historic resource. Mayor Chris Hoy will also share a motion asking staff to develop a plan for paid parking downtown.
