Bill Riegel Park is slated to return later this month, revamped after some time away.
The park in the Southeast Mill Creek neighborhood has been closed and under construction since July. The latest improvements mark the end of a $740,000 city project that started over a decade ago.
That means Salemites get a new paved path around the park, new picnic tables, benches and bike racks. Find that story below.
